This notice explains how AurumTrade ("we") collects and uses your personal data, in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
- Your name and phone number, when you get the free script or place an order.
- Order details: the product, amount, payment method and your order reference.
- Your Telegram username and payment receipt, when you send your receipt to our Telegram bot.
- Anonymous visit counts: the pages viewed and where visitors came from. We don't use cookies for this, and the visitor code changes every day, so it can't be used to follow you over time.
Why we use it
- To process your order, check your payment and send your private code link.
- To help you with setup or questions about your order.
- To stamp each copy of the code with your order reference, so it isn't shared or resold.
- To understand how many people visit the site and which pages are useful.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send you marketing messages unless you ask us to.
Who can see it
Only AurumTrade. Your data is stored with our web host, and messages you send to our bot go through Telegram. We only share data with others if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for your purchase, support and our accounting records. Visit counts are kept as totals.
Your choices
Giving your name and phone number is needed to get the scripts. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, by emailing help@aurumtrade.my. Please include your order reference if you have one.
